At 8:37 AM, Sunday, 17 May, a 106 minutes version of Phill Niblock’s T H I R (Ten Hundred Inch Radii), which was the 4th film in his Environments series, will be shown as part of the ‘Seeing Field’ program, which is 30 continuous hours of film and video overall, within the Infinite Now festival by Berlin Atonal at Kraftwerk Berlin. The soundtrack will be Phill’s compositions Stosspeng (Susan Stenger and Robert Poss, electric guitars and electric basses) and One Large Rose (Nelly Boyd Ensemble).
For the Seeing Field program, a screen suspended overhead projects down onto the audience on a large mattress. See https://www.instagram.com/p/DYCn523DAWH for the lineup of film/video makers being shown.
